As the season quickly draws to a close I can only hope next years will be more exciting. There has been very little entry in to vacant nest boxes. Screaming parties occur OK but there hasnt been much banging
 
Summer 2018 has been the sunniest driest summer since 1976. The drought came to end on July 28th with a months rain falling in 3 hours - 90mm
